Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms & Conditions

To ensure smooth and fair COD service, the following additional rules apply:

1. COD Availability
   • COD is available only for selected pin codes and order values up to ₹[insert limit].
2. Order Confirmation
   • All COD orders may require phone/email confirmation before dispatch.
   • Orders not confirmed within 24 hours may be cancelled automatically.
3. Fake/Unaccepted COD Orders
   • Refusal to accept a COD order upon delivery without valid reason may result in:
     • Permanent ban of your account from COD option.
     • Blacklisting from future purchases.
4. Returns/Refunds for COD
   • For COD orders, refunds (if eligible) will be made via UPI/bank transfer only.
   • Cash refunds at the time of delivery are not allowed.
5. Charges
   • An additional COD handling fee of ₹40 may apply (if you want to charge).
6. Right to Cancel
   • We reserve the right to cancel any COD order if fraud or misuse is suspected.
