At Desperate, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All brand tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact and not removed.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged due to customer handling.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Clearance or final-sale items.
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit after confirmation.
Exchanges
We currently do not support direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the preferred product.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
